A Professional Training Course conducted by
Mr. Ankit Vajpayee on Remote
Field Technology at Thermax Limited, Pune, India.
The team is now ready to perform inspection in the most
efficient manner using
VertiScan System. In this configuration, the probe head
interrogates five tubes at once, allowing one entire wall to
be inspected within a 12 hour shift. Three sensors per tube
inspect mainly the crown area of the tubes. The VertiScan
System detects gradual, tapered thinning as well as highly
localized corrosion and erosion, inside or outside the tube.
