PICA: Pipeline Inspection and Condition
Analysis Corporation has been incorporated in Canada and the USA. |
PICA(pronounced peeka has several
meanings, one of which is a very small measurement … just like the
fine resolution measurements made by our See Snake and HydroScope
Tools).
PICA will have a busy year performing inspections of water and waste
water mains for cities such as Calgary, Milwaukee, Virginia Beach,
Ottawa, Quebec and Hong Kong. |

A new website has been started:
www.picacorp.com and
a new logo, shown above. The logo droplets represent clean
water, grey water and sludge water, i.e. the range of
pipelines that PICA inspects.
Russell NDE will supply PICA with Tools, accessories,
training and support.
