| General Information |
|
The instrument UK1401 is designed
for time and velocity measurements of longitudinal ultrasonic waves in
solid materials. It is possible to evaluate the strength
and quality of materials and structures. The strength estimation is
based on correlation between the ultrasonic wave velocity in material
and its physico-mechanical properties and physical conditions. |
|

The tester UK1401 is an
electronic unit with LCD screen and two built-in ultrasonic probes with
two conical shape protectors. The probes are firmly fixed on the lateral
side of the instrument at the distance (base) of 120 or 150 |
|
