He has played key roles in the scope of numerous pipeline and processing plant projects with EPC costs in the billions of $$, without fail bringing the right personnel and resources all the way to completion of client goals. With 30+ years in the oil and gas business, Mr. Wells has built a new business arm of construction inspection services for the 3rd largest staffing firm for engineers in the US. From 1999-2009 he was one of 3 principal partners in Lexus Energy Group and EPMC (Energy Partnership Management Corp) where he successfully executed the drilling and operations of 19 wells in the Barnett Shale of NTX, 7 offshore wells and a production platform in Louisiana waters (GOM), and 140 conventional wells in ETX, WTX, and NM amassing a $120,000,000 portfolio. Mr. Wells attended Midwestern State University where he studied Business Management, Accounting, and Finance. He has successfully completed Gas processing school for CDM Resource Management, Certified Gas engine Technology School for Dresser Waukesha, and Well Head Production and Gas processing Schools under John Campbell and Petro skills. Most recently he has completed environmental training in LDAR (leak detection), SPCC (Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures), Protecting the Navigable Waters of the US, Vapor Control and Recovery, Burner Management and Controls, Air Quality and Permitting under OOOOa of the NSPS (New Source Performance Standards), and NSPS for Oil and Gas Storage Vessels. At this point in his career, it seems only natural that Mr. Wells would gravitate and apply his skills to a company that not only has the capabilities and the know how to save our most precious resources, but protect the infrastructure that makes storage and delivery safe and dependable.
