Russell NDE Systems will provide CGSB Level-III radiographic film audit services to Spectra Energy for their "YES" pipeline.The YES pipeline is a new, large diameter pipeline supplying gas to Manhattan. The new pipeline connects through New Jersey and includes nine HDD (Horizontal Directional Drill) sections under the marshes and rivers of the area. The HDD sections include the longest hole drilled in North America.
