Spectrum Inspection and Engineering are a leading provider of specialized NDT services with headquarters on the west coast of the USA. Danny Wang, founder and President of Spectrum has been a long-term supporter of Russell products and services, and recently decided to expand the Spectrum service offering for the inspection of heat exchanger and fin-fan tubes.

Russell provided a Ferroscope 308 System and on-site technical support for a large initial refinery inspection in Texas. 38 Bundles were inspected in a 2-1/2 weeks timeframe. 2 Tube inspection crews. Approx. 4000 tubes in total. Danny commented that the Russell equipment and personnel worked well and greatly assisted in completing the project on time and on budget.
